The design employs different styles of urban design techniques within different group units: combinations of ground elevations (hard surfaces, lawns, green spaces, etc.) at different heights, combined with preserved ponds, connected by water channels that run through the site. The urban road system is designed to be at the highest elevation within the site, with the overall elevation of the group units being slightly lower than the roads, presenting a slightly sunken form. The retention lake between the western part of the site and the highway is treated with landscape techniques to create a seasonal water retention area, consisting of pools and natural-style lawns that can be submerged. East of the riverbank on the eastern side of the site, the design preserves and maximizes the natural landscape brought by the existing natural river: the added plant purification system uses strip-shaped purification pools along the riverbank to purify rainwater that will flow into the natural river channel in a natural manner.
