The project location is defined by the Pearl River as the small dragon, with Guangzhou as the dragon's head. The base is like the core of the dragon's head, reaching far into the South China Sea and adjacent to Hong Kong and Macau. Located in Lingnan, which is rich in water. The central area of Nansha is where eight islands converge, with the eight island tips and eight waterways together interpreting the modern Lingnan happiness, creating "the core of Sui, eight waters of Lingnan". Through ecological, transportation location, economic development, and other dimensions, a planning outline is formulated to achieve a sustainable, prosperous, harmonious, and green urban model.
