Based on the importance of the local special environmental conditions and transportation location in Fuyang, three major design concepts are formulated. First, gather hubs and strengthen the axis. Promote the development of nearby land through efficient transportation transfers. Second, flexible growth and organic renewal. Reserve the maximum flexible space for urban construction. Third, landscape of mountains and waters, ecological Fuyang. Connect the blue-green system of the site to enhance the ecological value of local land. Ultimately, plan a resilient and sustainable urban hub space for Fuyang.
