The plan respects the existing land characteristics and creates a central square at the intersection in the image of IT circuits, injecting a rhythmic and recognizable space into this plain site. At the same time, it focuses on developing the riverside landscape belt on the north side and the green axis on the west side, allowing each to derive an axis that crosses through the core of the site in a cross shape. Together, they complete the planning vision of "IT Base, Park Town."
