The Dry Red Town is located in the eastern part of Changli Jieshi National Park, covering a planned area of 55 km². It aims to build a tourist resort town based on the existing red wine industry. The plan innovatively introduces the processes and resources of the French red wine industry and outlines six major development areas: the main gateway area, the Puwai resort area, the music winery area, the plant expo area, the negative carbon technology park, and the wild luxury hotel cluster. It leverages the natural resources of the existing site to create a resort atmosphere integrated with the mountain city. At the same time, it updates the village in a gradual manner, preserving the lifestyle and spatial characteristics of the indigenous people, and creating a distinctive resort village.
