The project planning adheres to a people-oriented design principle, focusing on the core film industry of Songjiang. It aims to build the Huayang Lake area as a regional center, strengthening the strategic layout of the Songjiang High-speed Railway South Station hub, Shengqiang Film Base, and Chedun Film Base. The project integrates Songjiang's water, culture, and industrial characteristics, attempting to create a new high ground for high-tech film and television. In terms of detailed city design, the Huayang Lake area combines film finance, business offices, performance and exhibition, and other comprehensive business service functions; the Songjiang High-speed Railway South Station integrates transportation hub, business offices, and film creative release functions; the Shengqiang Film Base includes film education incubation, master studios, and film release functions; the Chedun Film Base encompasses film-themed tourism, film technology production, and film research and development functions.
