The project records and utilizes the specific conditions of the area as a "heritage" to be disclosed: a chessboard-like path composed of avenues, a large number of arranged trees, and a famous architectural heritage confronting a series of colonial buildings. It values its historical readability and its interface position with other major districts of the capital. This includes architectural densification around villas and monuments that need protection, as well as the development of green axes based on the existing outstanding plant heritage, to mitigate the impact of suffocating development in the capital.
