The architecture creates a visual effect of public buildings through strong geometric volume conflicts, making the entire group of buildings appear to tilt and rise on the distant horizon, converging into a sphere that resonates with the sky. The large sloping triangular roofs seem unrelated to the spherical exhibition hall, yet both achieve a clever harmony and complementarity in the designer's hands.
