Designers believe that campus buildings should not be a vertical stacking of spaces, but should continuously extend in the horizontal direction, resonating with the lake surface through rhythmic architectural functions. The ground floor space should be as transparent as possible to attract users into the building; the second floor interface is neat, with terraces and vertically long windows ensuring the comfort of indoor views of the outdoor landscape. The entire group of buildings is elegant and humble, seamlessly integrated into the overall environment of the University of Orléans.
