The approximately 1.5-kilometer coastal space is the opportunity for the entire project and the main entry point for the design. An urban axis running east to west is arranged along the coastline, connecting two base plots while placing various important public functions along the axis. The north-south flow of people and activities gathers towards the axis and unfolds around it. The intersection of this public service axis with the north-south coastline forms the core node of public space, while also creating a rich visual corridor with the sea as a backdrop, further activating the coastal leisure space.
