The spatial characteristics of Songzhuang can be summarized as a systematic pastoral landscape of traditional villages + orchards + farmland. Therefore, we reject the model of complete demolition and new construction, instead preserving the traditional villages and surrounding them with orchards. We then connect these villages and orchards along a north-south urban agricultural belt, forming a systematic framework of pastoral scenery. On this basis, according to the operational principles of the creative industry, we incorporate cultural industries and garden residences, creating a distinctive cluster that combines traditional characteristics with the logic of modern industrial operation.
