The vision of the plan is "Ecological Urban Center, Cultural Lakeside". In terms of ecology, Yanzi Lake and Yanziling serve as the ecological dual cores, shaping three ecological areas along the three directions of the Pingshan River tributaries, linking the larger ecological pattern of the region. In terms of urban functional extension, based on the three ecological areas, three comprehensive development zones are formed in the north, southwest, and southeast, accommodating the extension of surrounding functions.
