This base is located in the central area of Houhai, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is adjacent to the sea on the east side, with beautiful scenery. To the north and south are the port area and the technology park, while the business and office functional areas are connected in the east-west direction. This area is planned as the Shenzhen Headquarters Base, with a 3km radius that has complete infrastructure and convenient transportation, offering great potential for building corporate brand image. The design features a playful simulated architectural form of "Bears embracing the forest," reflecting the building's response to the corporate IP and the urban vision of protecting ecological nature. It utilizes public spaces in the office area, such as the conference center floor, cafeteria floor, and the lobby on the ground floor, to create multiple spatial dimensions of a "green ring" in urban interface spaces, and combines vertical greening spaces to connect each "green ring," creating a multidimensional green flowing space in the vertical direction.
