The land use nature of this project is new industrial land, located in the key development area of Meilin Caitian in Shenzhen, with a good landscape environment just 2.5 kilometers from the Futian central area, and excellent transportation location. The completed office building will not only meet the independent use of the headquarters and branches of three partner companies but also consider leasing to growing enterprises and foreign branch offices, making it a smart office building that integrates sharing and practicality. The plan connects the two towers in the north and south through a series of aerial cloud bridge units at different locations; the multiple cloud bridge units' aerial lobbies and their outdoor gardens create overlapping and staggered aerial gardens through mutual displacement between units; by separating the core tube, the indoor space of the office tower flows freely; the aerial lobby of the cloud bridge unit and its extension to the outdoor garden allow indoor and outdoor spaces to flow freely; the mutual displacement of cloud bridge units and the indoor void of the aerial lobby enable the building to flow freely in three-dimensional space.
