A rare reserved land located in the city center, approximately 32 hectares. This is a natural space that can connect diverse residential areas—between high-rise parks and pavilions—and a green arc formed by SoSet Park and the powder factory. Within the site, planning, landscape, and function are structured by water bodies, with linear buildings frequently interrupted by openings, allowing for ventilation and enabling people to imagine the site's flora and aquatic environment from the avenue. The southern end accommodates a rooftop vegetable garden, maximizing the connection between minerals, plants, buildings, and nature.
