The success of this project benefits from its core idea - to preserve the rich historical traces of this land, starting from the 'memory of water' to outline a blueprint for the city and its ecological landscape. The project will repair agricultural waterways and transform them into a drainage recycling system for the city. The road network above the water network will be preserved while being renovated and refurbished, allowing it to integrate with various parts of the city. The buildings are placed within a triple landscape structure; each block forms its own scene and traces back to the 'memory of water'.
