The project provides a new tourist icon for the center of Seoul, featuring a ferry terminal, cultural center, tourist center, and floating pavilion. The project combines two main functions: 1. A starting point for touring the Han River, connecting to Line 5 of the subway, with access to the tourist facilities center, parking lot, and bus terminal; 2. A 15-meter high pedestrian walkway that offers views of the Han River, bridges, Namsan Tower, and the city skyline within the ecological park. This project will become a new urban focal point, with floating pavilions and terminals continuing the high altitude, becoming a tourist destination like a diamond-shaped iceberg on the sea. The 15-meter high entrance square will connect with all transportation systems (cars, buses, subways, pedestrians) and will be directly linked to the cultural tourism center located at the circular bridge. From this square, we can access outdoor cultural activities and the yacht club in the central square. Private boats and maintenance vessels can dock at a terminal separate from the public ferry terminal. The hotel is located in the city center, close to all major tourist attractions.
