For the Northern Industrial New City based on a grid road network, we establish a systematic diagonal green corridor by combining wind direction corridors, terrain, and water systems, guiding the wind corridors while making each block a development island with strong sponge city characteristics. These wind energies will be captured and converted into energy by certain iconic buildings, becoming symbols that interpret Weifang as the "Kite Capital".
