In response to the vision of widespread economic development in the Middle East, the design of this large-scale master plan aims to promote Bahrain as a world-class international tourist destination. It will also serve as a model for future development in the region. The base includes an island connected to the mainland by a causeway. The layout of the new area is strongly radial, with plans for various different buildings and supporting facilities, including residential towers, cultural venues, luxury hotels, and lush parks. Special consideration has been given to the transportation links between the region and the main city of Bahrain, making this area full of development potential.
