Landscape Design

Another noteworthy phenomenon is the failure to consider plants as part of the ecosystem; not only is there a lack of utilizing plants as a medium to optimize the ecological system, but the plants themselves can only survive through artificial maintenance. The landscape design of the French architectural firm IFAD first meets the needs of biodiversity, emphasizing that landscape design is not solely for human service, but a medium for the coexistence of humans and nature. In terms of hardscape, it pursues cultural shaping, supporting hardscape design through the extraction and interpretation of local culture. In terms of softscape, it seeks to portray naturalism, showcasing the charm of softscape based on the blooming of the plants themselves.
