In light of the chaotic construction along the main roads of the city and the unpleasant spatial scale, we will shift the city's vibrant center to the interior of the blocks, effectively linking 13 plots through a continuous landscaped pedestrian street. This is the only way to establish a functional overall connection among the scattered transformable plots. Various core functions of the urban CBD will be interconnected by this green chain, which will also become the conduit for conveying vitality within the CBD. For the highly trafficked and large-scale external spaces, we will follow the concept of a "Bright City" by organizing traffic, constructing greenery, and potentially transforming urban facades in the future, creating a bright, airy, fresh, and green urban landscape with towering buildings and abundant green spaces. All urban spaces and functions will revolve around this green chain; large urban green areas and various ecological technologies will be applied to the external spaces of the CBD.
