Binhai Square is located on the axis connecting Binhai New District and the old city of Hefei. The design features eight orthogonal towers that echo the grid city structure of Binhai New District. The height of the towers gradually increases from 70 meters for the hotel apartments to a 260-meter hotel landmark. The square formed by the cluster of towers faces the axis, attracting crowds. The landmark tower is composed of six stacked sky gardens, resonating with the old city of Hefei to the north.
