This project is a deepening of the Chengdu Financial Innovation Center plan, which is based on the concept of "Spring Buds Breaking Through the Soil" to create an innovative office park. The project site is located in the Sancha TOD area, adjacent to Sancha Lake TOD, with a superior geographical location. The south side of the site features vertically towering urban structures, while the north side has horizontally extended urban blocks. This plan connects the northern and southern urban spaces with a gradient of park scales, bridging the gap in urban scale. The concept of Spring Buds Breaking Through the Soil creates a mirrored new office tower model, where the office spaces on both sides are connected by a central vertical landscape platform, creating a comfortable and pleasant office environment. Each tower is connected by platforms, creating a multi-dimensional park landscape and environment.
