This project is located on the east side of Shenzhen Central Park, adjacent to the southwest side of the intersection of Sungang West Road and Huafu Road. It is within an 800-meter range of Huangmugang Station on Line 7, providing convenient transportation connections to the Huaqiangbei business district, Futian central area, and various districts in Shenzhen. In this project, two different plans are presented. The first plan centers around the concept of "large space, small courtyard," arranging open sports fields and using an L-shaped building layout to protect the campus, creating diverse small courtyards.
