This project is located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Jinghe Road and Yinbai Road in the Dongxihu District of Wuhan, on the north side of Jinyin Lake. The surrounding area consists of a small number of residential buildings, mostly industrial parks and production enterprises. The site is surrounded by water on three sides, with beautiful scenery, and the urban interface directly faces the Jinyin Lake Wetland Park, injecting vitality into the site. According to the requirements of the task book and the surrounding environmental terrain conditions, this project divides the land into three parts: the office headquarters of China State Construction Group near Yinbai Road on the east side, the apartments on the northwest side, and the creative office area on the southwest side. Different areas are separated to avoid disturbances, yet they are interwoven through the green plaza and commercial space on the ground floor to form a unified whole. The overall design of this project is inspired by the "Luban Lock," symbolizing the spirit of craftsmanship that has been passed down through generations in the group, embodying the beautiful wishes for the future development of China State Construction Third Engineering Division.
