The base is located in the riverside area, with a unique address and rich ecological resources that are extremely fragile. The multi-layered landscape includes not only the extended riverbed but also extends deep into the inland. The interaction between biodiversity and various agricultural productions is very prominent at the base, which has fully participated in the ecological balance of local agricultural and fishery production. The connection between the new city and the old district, as well as the coordination with the natural landscape of the base, endows the landscape bridge with practical urban functions: economy, transportation, and culture.
