Relying on the large natural beach of Shanwei City, a brand new urban and forest park is being shaped. By establishing design axes between the surrounding mountains and landmarks, unique visual corridors and pathways are formed. The axis connects the waterfront area located between the mountains and the sea with the inland. The vibrant waterfront avenue and beach stretch from east to west, providing a space for festive gatherings for citizens and tourists, while the beach forest, which also has ecological restoration functions, offers precious shade for the city. Advocating a planning spirit of slow movement, it seeks and creates a contemporary urban development path that harmoniously coexists with nature.
