"The Eye of SCO, gathering from all directions," aims to develop a park complex that integrates the Belt and Road Initiative and the spirit of the SCO through an innovative and efficient transportation hub. It involves a reasonable layout of entrances and exits on various levels, multi-layered connections to surrounding transportation systems; commercial spaces surrounding the Eye of SCO, with supporting services in the outer layer; a connection between the northern and southern plots, linking the waterfront ecological landscape corridor; and planning three major venue themes targeting different user groups.
