The project site is located near the intersection of Wuzhong East Road and Guyi Road, within the Xujiahui business district. It is about 500 meters from Yishan Road subway station, with dense pedestrian and vehicle traffic around, providing great commercial potential. The entire site is abstracted as a huge gift box, with the standing building metaphorically representing an open box. The color of the building symbolizes the original colors of food and packaging. By demolishing old buildings and constructing new ones in the surrounding area, an enclosed space is formed, functional layouts are developed, green corridors are opened up to establish a connection between the internal site and the urban green areas, and public spaces are shaped.
