Nanjing Garden Expo was opened to the public in April 2021. Ifadur SAS d’architecture undertook the design work of the French Master Garden in Nanjing Garden Expo.

The focus of French Garden tells the meaning of "destruction and rebirth": "destruction" is like any urban planning action, and like any war or earthquake, "rebirth" is hope, a yearning for better achievement, and also preservation and development of place memory. This just shows the resistance ability of the garden art landscape in the face of the destruction of nature, and also shows the natural restoration power exerted in the process of various man-made destruction or urban changes. This allows the garden art landscape as a medium, as a natural color palette or as a smell museum, interpreting the flourishing and growing of all things.
