On the evening of September 9, 2021, Paris time, France, Mr. Thierry Melot, the founder of the French architectural design firm, was awarded the "Knight of the French Legion of Honor" in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. (L'Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur), in recognition of Mr. Melot’s outstanding contributions to large-scale urban design and cultural exchanges in Asia, Europe and Africa. This is the highest commendation and most prestigious honor awarded by the French Republic to outstanding individuals .

In October of this year, the consortium of Ifadur SAS d’architecture was shortlisted for the international design competition of "Longpao New City Yangtze River Protection and Urban-Rural Integration Demonstration Project in Liuhe District, Nanjing". Two months of joint efforts have achieved the first place in the international competition. IFAD is mainly responsible for the urban design of Longpao CBD and Huazikou Old Town in the consortium.

南京园博园于2021年4月对公众开放，法国IFAD建筑设计事务所承接了南京园博园法国大师园的方案设计工作。

Ifadur SAS d’architecture won the second place in the international solicitation for the landscape conceptual design of the Shanghe Plaza in the Qingdao Shanghe Demonstration Zone. The landscape concept design with the concept of "the eye of the Shanghe, the valley of all directions" won the second place in the competition. Throughout the design process, the IFAD design team takes user experience as the core, and works collaboratively with multiple disciplines such as architectural design, landscape design and planning.
