Landscaping

What should be resisted most in contemporary landscape design is the ubiquitous geometrical landscape planting. It is aimed to promote visual appreciation, but it causes aesthetic fatigue and deviates from the landscape design itself; another noteworthy phenomenon is that plants are not considered as part of the ecology. Not only is using plants as a carrier to optimize the ecological system a failure, but the plants themselves can only rely on artificial maintenance to survive. The landscape design of IFAD firstly meets the needs of biodiversity. The landscape design does not serve people alone, but a carrier of symbiosis between humans and nature; the pursuit of cultural shaping in the hardscape, in order to extract and interpret local culture supporting the design of hard scenes; pursuing naturalistic portrayal of soft scenes, showing the charm of soft scenes based on the bloom of plants themselves.
